人生は喜び
仕事で喜びを感じますか？
喜びは望むことが必要。 つまり、自分自身が望み、喜びを達成するために行動する。 それは、受け身の人には出来ない。目的を持つか、持たないかで変わってくる。喜びは、 人生を充実にする因子である。喜びを通し、 追求する事により、プロフェッショナルになる事も出来る。ほぼ、全ての仕事は人のためにあるものだからである。
Vocation 天職？
外部や内部の課題により、我々の進歩や能力を妨げられる。しかし、 問題を見つめ直し、それらを通し自分自身向き合い、改善する必要がある。
・意識とは、組織と個人に蔓延している。 それら(壁)を壊すことがクリエイティブに繋がる。
・我々は対話により問題の構造を理解し、 より真実を知る事が出来る。つまり、 主体的に問題を定義して議論する必要がある。そして、周囲・ 同業者・世界・直に人々と繋がる。
・ビジネスパーソンとしてインスパイアーを与え、仕事を通し刺激を与えられる人となる。

思考は、文化や時代に影響される。より大きな意味（仕事・ 存在価値）を持つためには先端を行かなければならない。 その為に情報に精通し世界と繋がり学び続ける必要がある。
また、コラボレーションにより、イノベーションを起こし、人(顧客)に喜んでもらえる手法がある。
個人の強みは最大の武器。 最大の武器を活かし自分にしかできない仕事を行う。欠点は、 他の強みを持っている人とカバーしあう。 欠点を修正する事は時間の浪費につながる、 そしてその人自身の個性も失われていく。つまり角がなくなり面白くなくなる。それと、変化に備え、常に好奇心を持つ、そして人と繋がり、議論を楽しむ。目的のヒントや行動のアイディアに繋がる。
必要とされる人材の強みは、 思考するプロセスが明確であり、かつ一貫している。それは、Why思考とHow思考である。 そこに人間行動学や時代の流れも考慮している。覚えただけの知識は、1週間で使い物にならなくなる、自分の思考に取り入れてこそ長期記憶となり、使える知恵となる。
思考の整理学。古い本ですが、とてもこの本から得た事が多かったです。ページ数も少なく、かつ値段も安いので興味があれば、読んでみると良いかと思います。

Fixing shortcomings is a waste of time, and you will lose your individuality. In other words, you lose your edge and become uninteresting. Also, be prepared for change, always be curious, and enjoy connecting and discussing with others. It can lead to hints of purpose and ideas for action.
The strengths of the people you need are clear and consistent thinking processes. It is why thinking and how thinking. It also takes into account human behavior and the current trends of the times. Knowledge that is only memorized becomes useless within a week. Only when it is incorporated into one's thinking does it become long-term memory and usable wisdom.
